There was a story about triplets (I have reason to believe I may have been one of them...I have been searching for a 'twin' sister), that appeared in the Washington Post on Feb. 21, 1946.
This story also had a photo of the three baby girls, each being held by a nurse (with the name of each nurse) and said that the triplets were being adopted because their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Kessler of 223 H. St., NW, were too young and didn't have the resources to keep them. The triplets were being kept in an incubator and all were up for adoption by the 'Board of Public Welfare'. There were 300 couples waiting to adopt.
I have no idea whether there was a person by the name of Bernard Kessler or lived at the above address (it could have been a bogus name and address), but if there is someone in the DC area who might be able to find out some information about this I would be greatly appreciated.
Supposedly, I was born at 1/23 a.m. at my weight was 2 lbs and 3 oz.
