Wht. Male DOB 2-28-71 Cinci Gen Hosp. Mother was from KY

I was born in OH. and adopted in KY. Mother was a student and I think so my father. Her father was a Asst. Traffic Controller (whatever that is) She had 5-6 siblings and was 19 when she had me. (I got this thru non-ID info.) I'm just looking to find info to fill in the gaps. If a meeting is OK then I'm up for it. If not, I'm ok w/ that as well, but would like as much info as you're comfortable giving. Both of my adoptive grandparents were area psychologists and am wondering if they could've buried some of the records. I imagine confidentiality at the time was considered a good thing.
