Hi Everyone!
My husband and I are looking to adopt. We are so overwhelmed by everything involved with adopting a baby. Any information on reputable adoption agencies in Utah would be so helpful. We almost used Act of Love last fall, and decided we couldn't afford their exhorbitant fees. However, they were always very professional and very understanding about everything. If we had the money they wanted, we definitely would have used them. Anyway, please help an extremely overwhelmed couple. Thanks so much!!!!

I know I've supposedly had people supposedly pm me and have never gotten their messages. I've also send some to others and wonder if they ever went through because I've never heard anything back from them...has anyone else had this experience??

I've noticed some others asking about "A Act of Love" Agency, and I've been looking at them and considering them. I know we can't post specific information on this board, but I would invite anyone with any insight on the agency - good or bad - to pm me. Thanks!

Hi everyone! O.K. Add me to the list of potential Act of Love clients looking for info! . We are seriously looking at them but I really need to hear back from others about them ( we don't live in Utah but have heard it has such positive adoption laws). Could anyone pm me with any info or suggestions.

We have a completed homestudy for almost a year now and have experienced two failed adoptions since then we choose an agency and began the process but were recently notified they were discontinuing there adoption program and so here we are again. Would anyone please email me there experience and costs for Utah domestic adoptions I do not want to gear up and become involved with agencies that will fall through in the end. We are concerned with costs and have saved $12000. that is what our previous agency was going to cost so any with successful adoptions within this range please tell me about your experience so that we may make the right decision and hopefully deter further hearbreak due to OUR choices.

Hi all,
I think I pm'd everyone. The agency I have written about is Very Reputable, Honest, and Very Reliable. They are also very fast with the turnover of their paperwork. They are located in SLC. Good luck to all!

Hello All!
I've been receiving information from adoption agencies in Utah but would love information from those who have used the agencies. I am single and am concerned that there are agencies out there which will not treat an adoption by a single woman the same as they treat one by a couple. Does anyone have any information/experience with agencies as a single parent? I would also love information on agencies in general. I am interested in both domestic and international adoption. You may pm me with info.
