Looking for Birth Mother Philly area adoption

Here is all the information that I have. Birthmom was born December 15 1954 in Pennsylvania. Her name was Joan Mary Tracz. She was later married and moved to Florida. Her married name was Joan Mary Small. She re-married and currently (as of August 2002) is named Joan Mary Ferree. She is married to Troy Wade Ferree. Last known residence is in Lakeland, Florida. Any information would be greatly appreciated
