1969 license plates from Cleveland, Ohio

Does anyone know where I can have 1969 Cleveland, Ohio license plates traced? I believe that they may belong to the Aparents of my adopted niece.

Did you call the local Dept. of Motor Vehicles (licensing branch) and ask them if they can do it? Usually there is a small fee to pay but it just may well be worth it.
