I met Josielou's mama over a year ago and we hit it off,and we talked marriage so i met her daughter. But i met her daughter Josielou,she is 15 and Marietess is 40.Now comes the tricky part they both want to sign Josielou over to me. I want to adopt her and she wants me to be her dad so what do i do?Can they do that ?And what are my chances of me adopting her?Hope you can help.
