still looking

i am still looking for my sisters, one born in 1942 and the other born in 1943. my mothers last name was sands when she gave birth to her daughters. she was a nurse at keswic hospital and that is where she gave birth. i really need to know who they are because i think i have found one of my nieces but she has no information because her mother has passed and her father will not tell her. Please if anyone knows anything let me know. 12/7/2024.My nieces father has passed away. So we are really struggling to find the answers. I'm 64 now and would really like to find out. If there is Anyone who would be willing to help me it sure would be appreciated. I'm starting to think I'm out of luck with how many years it has been.
