My adoption was not done "legally". My birthdate is December 12, 1966. I also think it is very nice of you trying to help this lady find her family.

If it was a private adoption then there is no way you can get any information out of your file like non-identifying info. you have to thru Judge winslow and a mediator to get anywhere. I have been searching since I was 18 I was also born in tulsa, ok January 31, 1967. Let me know and maybe I can help. Tiffany tifftharp@hotmail.com

I'm responding to an old post, but I was born at Claremore Regional Hospital and adopted by a family in Claremore in September, 1972. I have no idea who my birth mother is, but I wonder.

have this lady to contact the dhs in tulsa also the hospital where the child was born and give them her infomation. they will give her instructions as what she may do .
