I am searching for my birthmother that gave her name as Betty Harvey (spelling?). I would also love to find out if I have any brothers and/or sisters and find out who my birthfather is. I work in New Orleans and can look up the last name Harvey if you like. Families tend to stay in the same area for generations so someone might know her who shares her last name.

I grew up in the French Quarter, not a neighborhood per se (highly transient) so I don't have that connection but I'm local there (I've since moved to Biloxi).
