Born 11/13/59 adopted from Jackson Ms

I would like to find out about my birth family, I was born 11/13/59. I was adopted 01/1960 from Mississippi children's home in Jackson Ms. Don't know anything about myself except my birth name was Maria, after the adoption my name was changed. I don't know what hospital or where I was born. This is all I know. Thanks.
