Looking for My Adopted sister, Born in PA

Hi Jeanne, Could your sister have been born as early as 1965? I am helping an adoptee locate her Bfamily. She was born possibly in 1965. She is about 5'7", has brown hair with reddish highlights, hazel eyes, suffers with asthma and has a small reddish birthmark on back of one leg.Please reply to my email address. Thank you.
