Does every agency require a scrapbook and/or lifebook? what's the difference in the two? how detailed are they?
I am not very creative at all and if I am gonna be "judged" with a scrapbook, I may need some professional help!!!
Some states require that a lifebook be kept for children who are being fostered or adopted from foster care. The idea is that it provides children with a sense of continuity in their lives and affirms the experiences they've had. Other than that, I've not heard of anyone requiring them.

The 2 agencies I have talked to require a "scrapbook" before they will even sign with you. I get frustrated trying to make the scrapbook perfect so it is taking me months to finish. Which means an even longer wait before I can be matched. I wish we didn't have to sell ourselves to get a baby.
