Help me find a way to find my parents.

Hello, I am an adopted child. I was adopted in Madrid Spain by 2 American parents. My dad was in the Air Force and stationed there. I have lots of paperwork, but all is written in Spanish and even the local people here in the U.S. cannot seem to read it. I was born on 6/19/63. There is a last name of DeNoso that I have been able to read, but that's about it. My name is Ana Paloma, and I would love someone to help me figure out a way of trying to find my birth parents. There are a lot of issues as I grow older, health related and others, I would also love to see a picture of someone who looks like me! Any thoughts or help?? I seem to run into deadends when using any search methods.
