I'm searching for my birthparents.

I was born 2.1.76 at the Colorado Medical Center (now known as University Hospital at 9th and Colorado). My birthmother was 19, my birthfather mid-20's. They went through Lutheran Adoption Agency.

i am looking for a half sister that was given up for adoption about 6-9 months b4 i was born. My father was in the army and got a woman pregnant. All I know is that this woman asked my mom to sign the adoption forms for her. Also, I know it was done through a church and had a priest prepare the paper work. The last name that my be on the birth certificate is DeLorme.
