Hi Rhonda, my mom's ammended birth certificate says that she was born September 30, 1946 - Huntington, West Virginia. She just recently found out that she was adopted and doesn't have much more information than that. She had strawberry blond hair when she was young and has blue eyes. Do you have any ideas to the month of birth? thanks, Jaime
