Looking for sister 1969

Apparently I have recently found out that I had a half sister that was adopted out prior to me being born. According to my aunt, the birth year should be 1969. It was apparently in Illinois, possibly St. Clair County, but not real sure. The birth mother would have been Sharon Joy Hilderbrand.
