Does anyone know if you can request a specific orphanage? I am half Filipina, my husband is Mexican(Both of us are US Citizens) and my brother was adopted from that Orphanage 17 years ago. Also I have a 2nd cousin that we are trying to adopt. Any words of wisdom or suggestions.
We are completely new to this , we have been married 10 years this december and after 5 years of infertility and failed IVF treatments we want to adopt - preferably International.
If someone knows of a reputable agency or contact in the Philippines I would like to contact them, I lived their for 8 years and I am fluent in Tagalog so I have somewhat of an advantage I guess in that respect.
