My name is John Ruyak, my adopted name. I was born on August 4th of 1980 in Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. I Know my mother was being housed for young teen women who are pregnant by a woman named MRS DUNCAN. My mother was in her teens, maybe 15,16, 17, 18, my father may have been a few years older. I know my mother fought to keep me as far as I know, but I was given up for adoption at 13 months old to a woman Named Nancy Ruyak who lived in Scott Twp. I have red,blonde,and brown hair, blue eyes.
