I was born April 16th, 1968 in Montreal and placed for adoption. I have already contacted Batshaw in hopes of finding "non-identifying info". Was told that birth mother was originally from Ontario and moved to Quebec so family would not know she was pregnant. Unsure whether father was with her or if she did it alone. Was also told she may have died of a blood clot in later years. If this is true - then I would like to find her existing family and my birth father.

Hi, I just wanted to know if you could give me a bit more info before I write to my pfmtl contact. Are you male/female? Do you know which hospital you were born in? Do you know any part of your first name at birth? Please pm me- don't post that info here. I have written my e-mail, but I am waiting to send it til I hear back from you. Your birthname would be especially helpful since your birth would have been registered under that name. Kelly
