I was born in Boston in 1945 and adopted through Catholic Charities. Trying to get non-ident. birth info. Have contacted Boston, Worcester and Springfield and they all say they have no records for me. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I was adopted in 1978 and all I did was call me social worker (unsure if you even have that info) and she directed me to go the court house I was originally adopted in. I just walked in and requested my non-identifying info and within 1/2 hour I had it in my hands. Hope it goes as easy for you....

I am looking for my sister who was born in 1943-1945 in Boston Ma, b/m was in teens and un-wed and her family took her daughter and she was forced to either sign her over to this family or put her up for adoption. Adopted family was believed to reside in either the Stoughton area or Weymouth .Anyone with information or would like to know any names please post a reply.
