I am getting very nervous about Russia, all these shutdowns. I'm in paperwork stage and my agency wants quite a few $$$$ upon acceptance of referral. I am happy with them, but afraid Russia will close and I'll lose my hard earned money, and never be able to get my child.
What is happening in Bulgaria? I hear things are starting to move along. What time frames? I'm 48 in April, dh is 42. Can I get a girl under 2? Kids are generally "healthy", I believe?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated ASAP, as I'd have to change agencies.
