Looking for brother b. May 1933

Hi Donna I know you posted this a while ago but I'm hoping you still have an active account. We have recently found out that my grandfather was born in indiana in May 1933 and adopted and moved to the UK. He was given the name Norman Richard Stephens.We have just started looking into this came across your post. I've no idea where to start as I have no information on his birthparents.
