James Franklin Chapman(4/3/60) born in Catawba County, NC. Left in Texas in 1971. His birth certificate was pulled on 6/27/73. He had a younger brother, Jimmy Wayne Chapman (born in SC in the early months of 1965) that was left in Texas also. We believe they were left in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

also look in the area of Segin texas, in Beaumont, County in texas and ask the place where they take animals that are hurt and need recovery. I believe the man's name is Randy, and his wife is Lora. they know just about everybody in segin and san antonio , texas area.
