Searching for possible birthfather named Kenneth Wood in Mississippi

:D I am searching for my birthfather possibly named Kenneth Wood. I know he lived above a fish market on Canal Street in New Orleans in 1960 across from a bar where my mom worked. This was where Canal Street and another street met in a Y. Before that he lived in Mississippi in a small town with his family. He had completed the 8th grade at that time. He was blond-headed and blue-eyed. He weighed 145# and was 5'7". He was 24 at the time of my birth, however he never knew about me even though he did ask my mom if she was pregnant. :D
