Have you contacted Dept. of Corrections to see where everyone might have gone, I know it's been a long time, when your father was released (04/27/1984) but was just trying to help you, I am the wife of Kevin, and am a genealogist and thought I would do some digging, have you checked switchboard.com? I see they have 3 Kenneth Gilberts listed, one is in Norman, I will keep my fingers crossed for you!
