After following your advice here, we registered with the ISRR and sent for Non-ID. Haven't heard from the state yet, but did receive a call from the ISRR with a match! Here is the problem..we can't seem to find the birthmother with the info we have. The phone # that was given is no longer listed...can anyone help?
