:confused: I am currently pursuing an international adoption of a 2 - 3 year old. I live in Michigan, and often think that there should be a toddler here that needs me - but I do not know where to look! I have been on adoptuskids.com and Mare.org, but except for some severe special needs children, there are no toddlers.
I believe that in our foster care system thee have to be toddlers, but there appears to be no photo listing.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where I could start to look?
