Looking for Yoshie Moriyama, my dob 9/19/61

I'm seeking information regarding my birth mother, Yoshie Moriyama, and any birth siblings I may have. I was born 9/19/1961 in Yokosuka, Japan and was adopted by a U.S. Navy family... I have information that shows the adoption may have been handled through the Elizabeth Sanders Home although I was always told it was a private adoption. I have the attorney's name and the judge's name who signed the family register listing my birth. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
