My adopted name is Brad Levinson. I am searching for my Birth Mother. I was born April 22, 1967 at the Helene Fuld Medical Center. 750 Brunswick Ave. Trenton, NJ. 08638... I was told that the nurses nicknamed me, "Baby Ronnie" Also that I had a Lazy Eye, and some allergies. In June, I was placed in the Jewish Family & Childrens Services from Greater Philadelphia at 6 weeks of age. I am not sure of the exact date I was adopted, but another date I have is Sept. 04, 1968. This could be the date that the adoption was finalized. My birth mother (who was unmarried) was around 23 years old when she gave birth and placed me for adoption.
