Very serious question...

Okay Okay Okay....Im only 16 but it is really hard to find real answers to what im looking for. and its serious too. Me and my girlfriend are getting very serious we have been thiking about getting engaged soon and i really care for her. Recently we had a issue with her father who is abusive and she has the option to move into a foster home. she really doesnt like where shes at and wants to get out but shes afraid she could be moved somewhere not at all near me and shes all i have left. i need to know is this true or not? could she be tooken for away maybe out of state? could she turn down a home untill shes offered a home in the area if she wanted i need answers and i cant find them anywhere else please help!!
