hehe... Gosh... there are so many situations. If I assume you don't have a child in identified, then I would suggest contacting a placement agency.

In our case the child was already in our custody but we really didn't get any help until we found DSWD-Childrens welfare. So that would be my suggestion if you already have a child identified. Go to their office and ask for help. If a Lawyer is needed they will help you to get a Lawyer appropriate to your situation.
