MA lawyer who wants to work in adoption

I am a Massachusetts lawyer (5 yrs) who wants to work in the adoption field, but don't know where to start. Any advice or contacts would be appreciated.

My suggestion would be for you to contact the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys - [url]www.adoptionattorneys.com[/url]. They have a member list online of your colleauges, searchable by state. Perhaps you can contact some of them to learn how they got started, etc.?
