11-21-60 male; Winona, MN; Catholic Charities

Hello, I was born 11-21-60 in Winona, MN thru Catholic Charities. Parents were both 36 at the time of adoption. Mother was a secretary in a office and father a taxi cab driver in a medium sized city. Father was in the navy until discharged because of some emotional problems. I have two sisters born in 1949 and 1959. Oldest sister was 10 at the time of adoption. She had dark hair and skin and was petite in build. She also played in the band. Any help with this information or where else I could look would be most appreciated.
