We are a Dutch couple living in Europe and looking to adopt an infant. I am 26 and my boyfriend is 51. Due to his age we are unable to adopt in the Netherlands. Any information or advice that anyone could offer, ie, agencies, lawyers etc would be more than welcome. Have no clue where to start! Help! Thankyou.

If you want to adopt an infant (a child that is 12 months old or younger), Ukraine is probably not for you. As you will see if you search this bulletin board and others like it, the youngest age Ukrainian children who are healthy can be adopted is around 15 months. If however you are more flexible about age and health status, you might look into adopting from this country. I recommend that you start by going to a library or bookstore and reading some of the recent books on international adoption.
Good luck!
