I am searching for my niece who was born 4/77 or 4/78 at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., but she was stationed in Biloxi AFB prior to Barksdale. If she signed papers in Biloxi, which I'm not sure she did, is it possible the child was born in La., and adopted in Miss.? The adoption agency was Catholic Charities. My sister is 5'8", blond, blue-grey eyes. I was told the father had dark hair. The child my have needed braces.
