Encropesis

I have a 6 year old daughter encropesis and stool holding. Has anyone else dealt w/ this. I have read this is very common. I would like to get this under control before she is in school all day. I remember how mean kids can be in school. Myself included! So please give any experiences you may have w/ this!!!!!!! Thanks, Tee
