My adopted sister was born about that time. She was adopted by my family in Wake County (Raleigh), but was supposed to have been adopted through the Children's Home Society in Greensboro. Unfortunately, I don't have her exact date of birth with me at the momment (and the date on the adoption info might not be right to begin with), but it's at least in that approximate time period.
