:grr: amyfk (I think) and ccole I gave a warning to each. Amy was cordial, and cc was mean. Apparently Amy turned down a referral from overseas, a FAS child, and cc was ticked! She has a FAS child and felt that Amy shouldn't be able to have an opinion over what type of child she could adopt. Then KatieMorag was just plain vicious to Amy, if you birthed a child that wasn't perfect would you give it away....etc. It got very heated in chat.
I warned everyone, and said, I would ban anyone else that attacked Amy. Katie said she was discussing not attacking. Amy had said she had no desire to discuss the referral turn down( the discussion regarding the referral happened last week) but ccole wanted to bring it up again.
Both Amy and CCole were warned to just stop, or I would ban them both...they were pm'ng me to death. aargh :grr:
Please make Katies ban permanant! She would not stop the interogation of Amy, it was one of the most cruel things I have ever see. :eek:
fair warning, both amy and CCole are on the war path for each other...a email of warning would be appreciated...let me get amy's actual tag name. Amyfk
note to self, do not go into chat after certain hours, mean people suck :p

KatieMorag has been banned.
Since I don't have a chat transcript, its hard for me to email anyone - in this case, I'd be reluctant (based on what you said) to take any action against Amy for defending herself...no one should ever have to defend themselves from an attack in chat - so I would suggest next time, the attacker gets a boot (it only lasts an hour) so they can cool down.
Again, if we have members in chat who can't handle the cross triad conversations that are going to take place in the Foyer, those members need to be told to move to their respective rooms (Adoptee, Birthparent, Adoptive Parent) - no one should ever be attacked or condemned for their decisions regarding adoption - its a personal choice that doesn't need to be defended.
