Looking for brother born 1945, Mesa Arizona

My dad was adopted in 1945 from Good Sam Hospital, and his records were sealed. He still knows nothing. Could this be a match?

Good Sam isn't in Mesa--but, to the best of my knowledge, it was the closest hospital to Mesa in 1945. Unless St. Joseph's was around at that time. Do you have any name to go by or date? Also, Mesa was quite small in 1945, was he the adoptee?
