Hi! Anyone here adopt from Vladikavkaz baby home? We adopted two from there in 2001. I usually hang out on the Guatemalan board, since we just completed an adoption from there.....but just wondered if my kiddos have any old roomates nearby??

Are you thinking of the Vladivostok baby home? In Vladivostok proper? There are a few there - actually 3 I think.
Our children are from number 3 in 2004. Although Sam was born in 2001, he didnt go to the orphanage until 2003.

Nope, it was Vladikavkaz, in the Northen Ossetia region, actually pretty close to Chechnya. One of our children is Chechen. I don't think too many are coming out of that area any more.
