There are many countries that allow single women to adopt. Russia...but go with a recently accredited agency like Alaska Int'l, Guatemala, Ukraine, China(but they have a list of singles waiting), Kazakstan, Krygystan(sp), Vietnam, Ethiopia, the list goes on and on. You need to decide which country you want and then we can help you with agencies.

I know that Hungary allows single parent adoptions. Children are very well cared, and travel is pleasant.
