I was born in Sacred Heart Hospital in Norristown PA (Montgomery County). The hospital has since been demolished after going out of business years ago. My adoptive parents ran a day care and I was left there by my birth parents and never picked up. Supposedly my birth father was not present for my relinquishment but my birth mother was. I believe I may have a younger sister who was born in VA a few years after me, as my adoptive parents were contacted by some Law officials from VA asking if they had any information as to the whereabouts of my birth parents , and were also offered to proceed with adopting my birth sister, but they declined. My adoptive father was supportive of my search, but unfortunatley recently died of cancer, and my adoptive mother is not the least bit supportive of my search, any help would be appreciated. I am a financially and emotionally stable person who would just like to know his genealogy, and possibly find any birth siblings I may have out there. A relationship with my birth parents is not out of the question either, just on a fact finding mission right now though.

** UPDATE ** I finally got my AMom to talk about my adoption, and I was given a decent amount of information. I now know that my BDad's name was David Weaver. I also know that my name was David Weaver. I know the name of the attorney that handled my adoption, Gene Ozorowski. I also know that I was not exactly abandoned, according to my AMom, while my AMom was running the daycare mentioned previously, she was asked by my BGrandmother if she (AMom) would be willing to watch a newborn, she agreed to do it. I was at my AParents house from the day I left the hospital, with the exception of a forced weekend visit with my BParents. It was after this visit that my BParents did not return for me. I also now know that neither of my BParents were present at my adoption. If any of this sounds familiar please contact me. Once again, I am not upset, and I am mentally and financially stable. Any Search Angel assistance would be greatly appreciated.
