I may finally get a chance to contact my youngest daughters birthfamily.
After trying for the last year and a half of asking everyone I can think of to PLEASE help me offer contact to my youngest daughters birthfamily I finally have a promising responce.
I ran into one of the main adoption supervisors today at the store and told her how much I long to get in touch with my daughters birthfamily and how she is the only one of my 4 children who do not have at least some kind of contact with her birthfmily. Finally the responce I was looking for. She said she will talk directly with the adoption worker tomotrrow and call me back. Since they are close and she is a supervisor I'm hoping her words will hold some weight and we can get the ball rolling. YES!!! Finally!!!!
I'm crossing my fingers and my toes!!!! lol

I haven't heard from her yet, so I'm going to give them both a call today and see if anything has been done. I don't see why they are making this so difficult. How hard is it to look in a record call the birthfamily and ask them if they can share their contact information with me?
I think I'm going to take a different approach this time. After I talk to them today...if they say they haven't or won't contact her then I'll ask if they'll at least be willing to foreward a letter to them.
I really didn't want to ask them to foreward a letter because I'm afraid they would read it...and I feel that letter is really none of their business. But I might just have to go that way after all.
