Looking for my sister, born summer (most likely June) of 1973. Mom's last name was Harrell. Moms age at birth would have been 16-17. We are from OK, but our sister may have been born and adopted out of CA. Two brothers and two sisters waiting to find her... any help would be greatly appreciated!
