Does anyone have access to AZ Birth Index?

Does anyone have access to the AZ birth index for 1974? I was born at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital on 9/27/74. Trying to find at least a name or something to help me out in finding my birth family. I live in IL so I could use all the help I can get! Thanks in advance!!Julie
