Ok my question is my fiance has a daughter from a previous marriage. she dose not live with us. is she included in how much we have to make a year (at the 125%)? We make enough to adopt 3 without her. I honestly don't think she should matter because she dosen't live in our home. Or do the ask about all children in the family only because of rules about having so many children? How many are you allowed to have in the eyes of the russian?

The financial issue and the home certification issue are different. Is your bf's daughter recieving child support? Is she a dependant of his? If this is the case, then I imagine he'll need to claim her. As far as being a child in the home, if there are no weekend or summer visits, my guess would be she wouldn't be included in how many children your home is certified for--however this might raise other questions in your home study about your bf and why etc.. This is how I typically see things with state adoption. I could only guess with international.
