We've been offered a couple newborns so far that are birth siblings of my boys. I got one son at 13 mo (legally freed--they are typically around that age at youngest, there's always exceptions) and my youngest at 5 mo, foster to adopt. I caution anyone who wants to go this rout regarding the emotionally trying time it can be (complete understatement).
