My sister who was 14 at the time gave birth to a boy named Curtis Lloyd Scoggins on 9/1/1963 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Harris County Texas (Houston). I have his file number but cannot find new name. Apparently he was adopted through Catholic Charities which required naming prior to adoption. If anyone can help please contact me. Richard
