I am helping a friend look for her brother. He was probably born in West Virginia July 3, 1987. His first name is Christopher middle name at birth was Ray, but, might have been changed to Benjamin...He is living in Confluence, PA Somerset County....she knows alot about him, but, not sure if he knows he is adopted.
