Looking for members of my birthfamily 9/16/1984 Joplin, MO

I am in search of my birthfamily. I was born on 9/16/1984, a healthy baby girl weighing 8lbs 13ozs, 21 inches long, with a case of Jaundice. I was born in Joplin MO at Freeman Hospital. My birth mother was caucasion, with blue/green eyes, 5'4, and 132lbs. She listed a possibility of two fathers, both African American. One was 6'3, athletic build, 220lbs, with dark brown skin. The other was 5'6, 150lbs, a baptist, had a twin sibling, asthma, allergies, and had light brown skin. My birth mother felt it was in my best interest to be given up for adoption (All this info was provided to me in my non identifying info packet). I was given the name Jennifer Elaine Louise Stapleton at birth, but recently married, so my name is now Jennifer Elaine Lee. In my baby book there were a couple of pics. and one contained the name Zamouski on the thing that I was laying in AND there was a picture of a house with the numbers 2616 on it.
